In making this list we have attempted to make sure that we have things correct, but there are lots of ways that errors can be introduced so do not assume that it is perfect. Among the listing you will notice a predominance of NAPA part numbers. No endorsement is intended, but they have lots of stores and parts at competitive prices. Some part numbers are followed by a "?" This has not been verified by actual use, but should work.
Engine Parts: Most essential items are available thru local engine rebuilders or a NAPA dealer. What you have is a Continental N-62 engine that was built as a Spec 15 engine. Spec 15 came with the components that made it an Earthmaster engine in comparison with a N-62 engine that might be found in a fork lift or a Massey Harris Pony tractor.
According to Continental the engine sold to Adel Precision Prod. Corp was a standard N-62 engine except for the following changes:
- N62C-3040 Flywheel assembly including N62C-304 flywheel and N62-302 ring gear
- N62A-502 Cylinder and Crankcase
- N62I-315 Exhaust Valve which used rotator parts
- Y400I-310 Lock-valve spring retainer
- Y400I-309 Valve stem cap roto
- Y400I-217 Valve spring retainer
- N62K-308 Fan Bracket
- N62M-201 Generator bracket, Strap and clip
